Additionally, he holds the Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designation; the premier credential for financial advisors in the Canadian health insurance market. This designation focuses on expertise in all areas of health insurance, including: income replacement, critical illness, long-term care, disability, and employee group benefits.
Mandie is a people manager with a passion for performance and planning, and for the last 23 years has worked with various organizations in industries including cooperative finance, insurance, retail, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing, providing advice and support in the many areas of practice under the Human Resources umbrella.
